AI Cloud is the seat every user gets. Clover Code, the MCP server and agent payments run on the same deployment, inside your cloud account.
the seat
AI Cloud
A chat workspace, open-weight models and connections to your internal data, inside a cloud account or Kubernetes cluster you control. Your staff sign in through your identity provider.

- Two open-weight models, plus Claude or GPT on your own vendor key with no Clover Tech fee
- Agents with instructions, file search and code execution
- Three RAG connections, each to one internal data source
- Controls documentation aligned to SOC 2
- Zero data retention at Clover Tech, and conversation retention set by your admins

Clover Code
VS Code in the browser, connected to an open-weight coding model in your environment. Developers keep the editor they know, and source code stays in your account.
- VS Code in the browser, with extensions from the Open VSX registry
- A direct connection to GitHub, GitLab or an internal git server, without sharing credentials with anyone, including Clover Tech
- Environments for Elm, Go, Haskell, JavaScript, Python, Rust and plain Ubuntu
- Single sign-on, roles and audit logs from your AI Cloud deployment

MCP server
Lets an AI tool such as Claude Desktop or Cursor deploy and run Clover Tech Marketplace apps in your account. Clover Tech never holds its keys.
- Deploys and runs Clover Tech Marketplace apps in your account
- Driven by the AI tool you already use, such as Claude Desktop or Cursor
- Clover Tech never holds its keys
- Included with agent payments

Agent payments
Agents pay in USDC on Base or Solana, or Bitcoin over Lightning, within limits you set. Keys stay in your account.
- The MCP server creates the keys and signs, so the model never sees them
- Per-payment and per-session maximums that no prompt can change
- A kill switch for every agent
- A dedicated BTCPay node, settled to a wallet only you control
build or buy
The maintained install is the work you would otherwise staff.
Running the same open-source stack yourself adds an estimated $1,500 to $2,500 a month of operations work (Navya AI, Cost to host a private LLM). That is the work the maintained install takes on: patches, tested upgrades and controls documentation.
