Who we are
Clover Tech is the brand of Clovyr Co., a company that has built tools for deploying and running applications since 2018. Clovyr was announced in May 2018 as a blockchain application store (CoinDesk, CNBC), and we have run crypto nodes in public for eight years.
Clover Tech (clover-tech.ai) is a separate company from Clover, the point-of-sale and payments business at clover.com.
how we work
Who does what
You install it
Your team runs the setup wizard once, in your cloud account, and Standard support covers installation. No ML platform team is needed.
You control it
Your staff sign in through your own identity provider. Clover Tech holds no credentials and has no access after install.
We maintain it
Clover Tech prepares, tests and signs each upgrade. Your team applies it inside your own account.
what we hold to
Where your data goes
- Documents, conversations and audit logs stay in your account, and support works from operational logs.
- Where something leaves your account, we say so. Today, prompts to the bundled models pass through a model gateway Clover Tech hosts under zero data retention, and the next release moves it into your account. Prompts you send to Claude or GPT on your own vendor key go to that vendor.
- We favor models and components licensed under Apache 2.0 or MIT.
- Anything not yet shipped is marked in development.
